Notification pursuant to clause 19 (1(c)) of the General Terms and Conditions of Deutsche Börse AG for the Regulated Unofficial Market on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
MOBOTIX AG was informed today that Konica Minolta Inc. Tokio, Japan, has signed an agreement for the purchase and transfer of approx. 65% of the shares of MOBOTIX AG from the major share holders. Dr. Ralf Hinkel has informed the company that he will stay in the supervisory board and will continue the strategic development of MOBOTIX.

Certo che offrire 250 milioni di € (circa) per il 65% di una azienda che ne fattura 80, vorrei vedere chi si tira indietro, incluso il socio fondatore Ralf Hinkel, che comunque resta (per il momento ) alla guida dell'azienda
